Hilary Espana is a Board Certified Physician Assistant specializing in aesthetic medicine and longevity-focused wellness. Originally from Wisconsin, Hilary moved to California to pursue her graduate education, earning her Master of Physician Assistant Studies in 2017.

With years of experience in aesthetic medicine, family and internal medicine, Hilary brings a unique, well-rounded perspective to patient care. Her background in traditional medicine allows her to approach beauty and rejuvenation not just from a surface level but from a whole-body, root-cause perspective.

I had my visit for lip filler with Hilary. First of all and made me super comfortable and relaxed and educated me on the products along with my lip goals. I initially wanted to do a half syringe but after talking with her my best fit would be to dissolve an area that was causing sagging before adding more filler.
