Hilary Espana is a Board Certified Physician Assistant specializing in aesthetic medicine and longevity-focused wellness. Originally from Wisconsin, Hilary moved to California to pursue her graduate education, earning her Master of Physician Assistant Studies in 2017.

With years of experience in aesthetic medicine, family and internal medicine, Hilary brings a unique, well-rounded perspective to patient care. Her background in traditional medicine allows her to approach beauty and rejuvenation not just from a surface level but from a whole-body, root-cause perspective.

A core part of her practice is the use of regenerative therapies to stimulate the body’s own healing and rebuilding processes. Through advanced treatments such as biostimulators, platelet-rich fibrin (PRF), growth factors, microneedling, laser technologies, and collagen-inducing protocols, Hilary works to restore skin integrity, improve elasticity, and enhance overall tissue quality. Her goal is not simply to “fill” or “freeze,” but to regenerate, strengthen, and support the skin for outcomes that are natural, balanced, and long-lasting.

Outside of the clinic, Hilary’s greatest joy is her family. She and her husband are raising two wonderful boys who inspire her dedication to health, faith, and purpose.
